These Terms & Conditions govern the process of the DHA Lahore Digital Auction. By participating in this auction, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these rules.

1. Auction Procedure

a. Only DHA-verified properties shall be auctioned through a transparent digital bidding platform.
b. Plots will be allotted to the highest bidder, with payment options available either through:

• One-time lump sum payment, or
• One-year installment plan.
  c. Registration is strictly limited to the official DHA digital auction platform.
  d. Payments shall only be accepted via Quick Pay, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

2. Plot Categories & Prices

a. Plot categories will be published on the official DHA Lahore website.
b. The reserve price/minimum bid (inclusive of development charges) will be available on the website starting 2nd September 2025.
c. For installment-based purchases, the plot price will be 10% higher than the lump sum price.

3. Eligibility

a. Individuals holding valid CNIC/NICOP/POC, or companies with valid registration documents, are eligible to participate.
b. Companies/firms may participate through their nominated representatives.
c. Overseas Pakistanis are eligible to participate and may remit payments via international transfer, Roshan Digital Account, or through local banks.

4. Registration

a. Successful applicants must fulfill DHA Lahore’s registration requirements.
b. Applications using another person’s CNIC or registration documents are strictly prohibited. Allotment shall only be made in the name of the registered participant.
c. Membership fee and applicable taxes/charges must be paid by successful allottees.
d. All participants shall be bound by DHA Lahore rules, policies, and by-laws. Non-compliance may result in fines or surcharges.

5. Non-Refundable Processing Fee

Residential Plots

• 2 Kanal – PKR 40,000
• 1 Kanal – PKR 25,000
• 10 Marla – PKR 15,000
• 7 Marla – PKR 12,500
• 5 Marla – PKR 10,000

Commercial Plots

• Above 8 Marla – PKR 150,000
• 8 Marla – PKR 100,000
• 4 Marla – PKR 50,000

Penta Square Apartments – PKR 100,000

6. Rules for Successful Bidders

a. The minimum incremental bid per plot/apartment shall be PKR 100,000.
b. The highest bidder shall be declared successful, while the second-highest bidder shall remain on reserve.
c. In the case of identical bids, the earliest bid (based on timestamp) shall be considered successful.

7. Payment Terms

a. The successful bidder must deposit 25% advance within five (05) working days; failing which, the opportunity shall be offered to the reserve bidder.

For Lump Sum Payments:

1. Residential Plots – Remaining 75% within 30 days.
2. Commercial Plots – Remaining 75% within 60 days.
3. Penta Square Apartments – Remaining 75% within 90 days. (A 10% discount applies if paid within 30 days.)

For Installments:

• The remaining 75% shall be payable in four quarterly installments within 12 months.

b. Allotment Letter and Possession shall be issued within 7 working days after full payment.
c. Failure to pay within the stipulated timeline will result in cancellation of allotment.
d. In case of cancellation, 25% of the deposited amount shall be deducted, while the balance shall be refunded (excluding non-refundable fees and government taxes).
e. Transfer/sale of plots or apartments shall only be allowed after full payment has been made.

8. Finality of Processing Fee

Once paid, the processing fee shall be strictly non-refundable and the bid will be considered final.

9. Bank Charges

All bank or payment gateway charges shall be borne solely by the applicant.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the auction shall be resolved through DHA Lahore management arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding.

11. Governing Laws

All applications, allotments, and transfers shall be subject to the laws of Pakistan and DHA Lahore’s by-laws.

DHA Lahore has announced that they are going to launch a digital auction, where residents can avail themselves of a better opportunity to buy plots at a better rate than the market. DHA has been modernizing their management and trying to compete with international management. In Pakistan, DHA is the best in terms of the real estate market and projects. No one in Pakistan can compete with DHA due to their market size, budget, brand value, and organizational structure. Therefore, now DHA has decided that they will soon introduce a digital auction.DHA Lahore's digital auction will be on 2nd September 2025.On 2nd September 2025, DHA Lahore will conduct its digital auction online.

It is said on the DHA Lahore website that Digital Auctions aims to provide premium plots and apartments, it will auction at lower than market rates, it will have unlimited potential, customers or residents can buy directly from the Lahore DHA digital auction, and it will also provide an easy monthly installment plan. It is one of the top features that is going to be launched by DHA Lahore to attract investors and new customers. There is no doubt that the DHA digital auction is to be the future trademark of DHA Lahore. 

It is expected that the digital auction is going to be launched soon by DHA Lahore, as many international industries are shifting towards digital, as it is the future. It is yet to be announced how management and process will work via DHA Lahore for their digital auction, which is going to be launched soon.
