Gov Launches Ramadan Package for 20 Million Families

The government of Pakistan has launched a Ramadan relief package for needy families, which is around 20 million, according to Pakistani Government data. This is the first time the Government of Pakistan has announced a relief package for families that are needy and deserving. The federal and provincial governments usually every year for the month of Ramadan announce packages and relief packages for these people. This time the government is trying to ensure that the packages and relief are not violated and that people get the packages and cheap necessary items that needy people deserve. 

The government announced that this package is worth around 20 billion rupees, announced by PM Shahbaz Sharif at the event. Moreover, this package will be distributed within 10 days of Ramadan, and almost 4 million families will benefit from this package. Moreover, he stated that only deserving families and needy people will benefit from this. 

Moreover, the government will be distributing 5000 rupees via digital wallet to each family under these packages. Additionally, the government will effectively monitor the progress of this scheme and packages.
