Since 2019, Pakistan has introduced PTA taxes to register their mobile phones and to generate much-needed revenue to increase taxes. Pakistan has been updating taxes on a regular basis, and they have enhanced PTA taxes so that people can easily pay these taxes online, via a mobile banking app, or they can visit commercial bank branches to pay the taxes.

Moreover, these steps have also stopped the smuggling of mobiles, and most of the time people traveling to Europe, UAE, KSA, or USA tend to bring mobiles in bulk, which has made a negative impact on Pakistan's revenue generation.

Here is the details of iPhone 11 Series to 16 Series taxes details.
