United Motors Launches Jetour SUVs in Pak
United Motors yesterday announced the official launch of the Jetour SUV X70 Plus and Jetour Dashing in Pakistan. There has been a series of continuation launches of SUVs in Pakistan due to the growing competition and demand for SUV cars. Car manufacturers' sales data was published last week, which revealed that car sales increased more than 50% due to growing demand last month, and it is signaling that Pakistan is starting to go towards a growth phase from a stability phase.
Moreover, United Motors also announced the launch of Jetour SUV cars in Pakistan, and it launched them yesterday, 20th February. United Motors is owned by a Chinese brand, which is called Chery, and it is also an automaker, and it is also known for making SUVs and cars globally. Additionally, United Motors introduced two models for Pakistan yesterday, which are the United Motors Jetour SUV X70 Plus and the Jetour Dashing.
United Motors revealed that both the Jetour SUV X70 Plus and the Jetour Dashing will be CKD, which is called completely knocked down, meaning that they will be assembled in Pakistan. Moreover, the Jetour SUV X70 Plus and Jetour Dashing will have a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which will generate 115 kW and produce 230 Nm of torque. Additionally, the Jetour Dashing will be a five-seater SUV car (for a moderate-sized family member). Moreover, the Jetour Dashing will have automatic LED headlights and a sunroof, and the Jetour Dashing will be equipped with 6 airbags. The Jetour Dashing will be equipped with a parking assist system, which will have a 360-degree camera, and it will also have a blind spot detection system.
The United Motors revealed that the Jetour X70 Plus will be a seven-seater (for a large number of family members). The Jetour X70 Plus will have a keyless entry system installed, a sunroof, and more safety features than the Jetour Dashing, like the Jetour X70, which will be equipped with electronic stability control, hill descent assist, and six airbags, including all the features of the Jetour Dashing that will be available for the Jetour X70 Plus.
