The files shall be allocated through a ballot, there will be two categories, general ballot & registered realtors ballot, the lucky members will be given files of 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal, 4 marla & 8 marla commercial on an easy 4 years installment plan.

These files shall be trade-able once the dues are clear, they will have minimum transfer charges.

This announcement has already spiked the market of Phase X, where a significant rise in the prices of full-payment files were noted, we are hoping a good business activity.
